Applications for qualified installers have been online for several weeks and the DEP has begun publishing information about the program and about solar for consumers interested in solar in PA. Additionally, on April 21st, Jon Costanza was a panelist at Penn State Great Valley's Green Energy Summit , where he addressed a crowd of hundreds of homeowners and local politicians about the benefits of the solar energy boom in our state. Kira Costanza also spoke on a Green Jobs panel at Penn State Brandywine last week, to parents and high school students looking to get into green and STEM careers.
